Born in the United Kingdom in 1991, Theo gained his BA in contemporary dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2013 and his Masters in Performance at London Contemporary Dance School in 2015.  As part of his postgraduate studies, he performed works by Ben Wright, Yael Flexer, and Mariana Tengner Barros.

Since 2014 Theo worked as a freelance dancer with choreographers and companies including Bawren Tavaziva, Thierry Smits | Compagnie Thor, Nelson Reguerra, Liat Waysbort | Bitter Sweet  Dance, Uri Ivgi & Johan Greben and Sarah Baltzinger. Dance in  the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company between 2018-2021.

Joined Vertigo  Dance Company in November 2021.
