Eden was born in 1995, in Rosh Pina, Israel, where she started to dance at the age of six, under the management of Anat Frank. Eden graduated from the Maslool Professional Dance Program in Tel Aviv directed by Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. In 2017 Eden joined the young Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, and in 2018 she joined the Kolben Dance Company.

 Eden joined the Vertigo Dance Company in November 2019.

Eden has a B.Ed in Dance Education and she is a certified Mat Pilates and Yoga instructor.
