Gala evening 31.10.24
You are cordially invited to the Gala Evening benefiting soldiers coping with PTSD due to the war.
Thursday, October 31st, at the Vertigo Eco.Art Village at Kibbutz Netiv HaLamed-He.
19:30: Reception
20:30: Vertigo presents “Kuma”, Dance & Live music
The Vertigo Dance Company has been supporting soldiers coping with PTSD and their families, in the wake of the Iron Swords War. It has been truly humbling to be able to use our abilities and tools to help them.
Join us in supporting their resilience.
Our programming includes:
- The Resilience Farm. An innovative model for PTSD treatment. Utilizing the scenic and secluded nature of Vertigo’s Eco.Art Village, soldiers diagnosed with PTSD undergo an extensive, multi-disciplinary therapeutic process. With SE therapy, dance therapy, acupuncture, eco-sculpting, meditation and group therapy, soldiers undergo, three times a week over two months, a life-changing, uplifting process. This initiative is operated in partnership with the Ministry of Defense, the IDF, the IDF’s Disabled Veterans’ Fund and Reichman University’s School of Psychology.
- Just the Two of Us. A couples’ therapy workshop for the Resilience Farm’s alumni and their significant others.
- The Road Home. Together with the Aviram Fund, Veritgo offers an extended workshop focusing on the transition from the frontline to civilian life.
Tickets for the event are available at ILS 500 per ticket – here.
