Rina Wertheim-Koren

Dancer and Assistant Choreographer, a graduate of the English National Ballet School in London, The Israel Ballet School, and P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels and winner of the 2009 Israel Ministry of Education Prize for best dancer. She has devoted years to the study of the body as the map of the soul. Her research is focused on identifying physical habitual forms realizing how they reflect personal behavior and the willingness to create space for transformation and renewal. Rina (42) works, creates and teaches at the Vertigo Eco-Art Village where she lives with her family in a community that fosters the arts in an ecologically and socially responsible manner.
