Mana – Vessel of light
Vertigo Dance Company presents – Mana
Choreographer Noa Wertheim
“What is repaired first, vessel or light”
Is the sun’s desire to fulfill the absence of the moon’s light,
Or rather is it her lack of light that gives rise to a vessel of innovation?” (based on the Zohar)
“Mana”, choreographer Noa wertheim’s brings with it to the stage a quiet and restrained strength. The silhouette of the house on stage symbolizes the boarderline separating between exterior & interior, the attempt of the individual to reconnect with himself, within his framework.
Noa Wertheim brings to the stage a unique spiral movement that gains energetic momentum transforming it into an expression of refinement & self-acceptance that combines a feeling of deficiency with an inspiration to fill & fulfill.
